The personalized atttention we got during a stressful time after the recent Tornado was most appreciated. With the loss of electricity and notice that we would not get it back for another day, we were looking at the possibility of the generator shutting down. For us this meant the high probability that we would be facing not only the flooding of our basement but the pressure of water pressure against our back cellar wall since we also had a sump pump operating outside of it to relieve the pressure of a spring close to it.
Allison took the time to listen why we were most concerned which got us to receive a refill the same day. I am sure she received hundreds of calls that day and could have easily just put us on a list but she accurately “listened”.

Very polite service . Delivery driver's willing to answer any questions . Comfortable that they would relay them to the appropriate personal. Ran out of propane on Thanksgiving day. Had no heat, hot water and cooking. My whole family staying with me over the weekend . They came the same day and gave me gas as an emergency service . I was not charged and extra fees.I recommend them very highly .
