Until recently I have had ongoing issues with your billing practices & formats. I guess you are using "new math" & "new world" accounting. Add to that sometimes arrogant & demanding people when I was attempting to make sense of your practices, I came very close to changing my supplier.
However, lately, your budget system & accounting has improved greatly. I can, almost, read your on-line formats. Mind you, I may not be a youngster, I spent 50 years managing retail stores & also selling to their suppliers. So, you see I am familiar with many business practices.

I’ve had excellent service from this local business for many years now, but now they are difficult to get a hold of directly because the larger “parent company”, Superior Plus Propane, gets in the way of dealing with Warner’s directly.
It is my professional suggestion that Superior Plus Propane should let Warner deal with their local customers as they always have, with great customer service.
