Your visits to my house for propane delivery are automatic. Drivers are in and out quickly and they leave an itemized bill.
Once, when my tank ran low, they were here in about an hour to take care of the problem. My 93 year old mother and I woke up to 53 degrees in my home and were at a comfortable temperature within 2 hours.
You guys are always on time for delivery and send invoices quickly when I ask for one via email.thank you!
Whenever I have called, they have been very polite. I had 2 leaks in the past and they sent someone right away and repaired them.

They have a very easy to use website. Their customer service is excellent and accessible if you have help or questions. Rates are competitive. You can set up automatic delivery or select times yourself.

Customer service is above and beyond exceptional! I have been a customer for 9 years. My whole house is heated with propane and can get very expensive. This year I found a lower price for propane and was ready to switch companies. Before I did, I contacted Superior Plus Propane. Superior Plus Propane CARES! The woman I spoke with contacted the manager and was able to match the lower price. No need to switch companies and going through tank removal. I was also informed that if in the future, I find a better price to contact them first and they will work with me to get the best price. Having that kind of customer service these days is few and far between. THANKFUL customer!
