We prepay my year's approximate use of propane. The deliveries are automatically, I don't have to think about "do I have to call for a delivery". All people with whom we deal are professional and nice. we have dealt with Superior Plus Propane, previously Yankee, since 2005.
Eastern’s staff was very professional, personal and receptive to my inquiries about switching from a competitor. Unlike my former propane supplier, i was able to speak with an actual “Person” everytime I called versus computers, long wait times and very very delayed callbacks from (Amerigas). The office staff, field supervisor and install crew were top notch . Eastern’s pricing was outstanding and fair and the senior citizen discount was a welcome surprise. I totally recommend Eastern Propane for business and residential customers looking to save money and send a message to the market Propane Company giants and return to a provider with excellent customer service and pricing.
