I recently signed up with Superior plus as a new customer, and my experience has been positive so far. The online sign-up process is straight forward, which makes it very easy to pay the bill and customer service was very responsive when I had questions. They are even the cheapest for propane I found around.

I have my refill of propane gas on Will Call. And even with the busyness of the holidays and HEAP your service filled me within just a few days. Thank you for your promptness.
I also appreciate the 5 cents per gallon for Senior citizen and am requesting the additional 5 cents per gallon for autopay...............

They’re always there when we ask for a fill up very kind polite service people. I think your billing structure and how to interpret the statements is extremely confusing and not customer friendly and I am a young person. Just letting you know.

I have been a customer since 1987 . The company Ester Propane change name and fortunately this new one keeps their employees.
They are the one who as the strongest part of the team works and completed the most difficult tasks independently of weather conditions .
I referred some friends but I don't know if they enrolled.
The service is excellent.
Eastern propane was great to work with, my largest complaint was the length of time on hold. When I spoke with the representative she was empathic about us running out of propane, fortunately we only use it for cooking and a fireplace. Since we have automatic delivery she was able to arrange for a truck the following day and driver came in and lite the pilot in the fireplace and made sure the stove was working. I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was adjusted for the inconvenience. I did apply for a senior discount and am waiting to hear back.
