When my daughter had another company that let her tanks run dry with 2 small sick kids in 5 degree weather. I called your company to start being her provider (Wayland and Dansville). Your employees understood the importance of getting heat to our granddaughters who had been sick. They took care of business immediately for her. She has not had a problem since because she is one of your regulars. I also had an emergency on a Friday evening. No questions asked someone was sent out to help and check out our hime. Thank God they did we had 2 propane leaks. The employees stayed until it was done right and followed up with us a couple days later to make sure we had found someone to do the repairs and to recheck for us. I is wonderful to be able to call one of the offices and get a human to talk with and help.
First of all, I like the fact that I can talk to the local people in Dansville" when I need to communicate with them it is such a secure feeling to know the voice and name of the person who answers the phone. Even though I have never met them, I know that they are there for me and will solve whatever question or problem I may have.
Secondly, I live at the bottom of a steep hill that at times would be treacherous for the delivery truck to navigate. When I see a forecast for snow or ice, and think it is near time for a delivery, I call to let them know that the lane is clear and then, the gas is delivered usually the very next day. And, that is not easy to do even in good weather.
Thirdly, I like the fact that I can order propane for the year early when the price is probably lower.
And.. whenever I have had a problem with the boiler, the servicemen were right there in timely fashion.

The technicians that hooked up the gas to my stove we very friendly and knowledgeable! They called ahead of time, hooked everything up, and did a leak test. I didn’t realize it was such a tricky job to convert a natural gas stove to propane. Thanks for the wonderful service!

The person who installed our tanks was a professional! Good communication and very polite. The people in the office were awesome also.

Customer Service is the BEST. They really know how to treat customers.
I am concerned that I can smell propane when I go over to my tanks. If propane is leaking from the tanks then I am wasting gas and paying extra money. When you filled up my tanks, did you tighten the nozzles properly? It seems like I used a great deal of propane between this last fill up and the one prior to that.
The service guy that installed our tanks was very helpful and nice! We really appreciated how knowledgeable he was. Also the guy that delivered our propane was friendly. We have been really happy with your service.

Why can't I open to my superior plus log in page-- enter what my tank percentage reading is, and get a response via 'e' mail, or right there on the web-site-- as to approx when I will be scheduled for next re-fill.
I only have to do it once a year (Just my gas stove in the kitchen) -- but it seems like for others who heat with Propane, that this would be a real time saver, and a real plus for your customers!
