During a routine tank fill...the service man pointed out that my tank was sinking into the ground and listing. He said that it could be replaced for free. I called and scheduled that to be done.
The young man came on schedule, and was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It was amazing that one man could remove the big tank, dig a ditch for the new gas line and put the 2 smaller tanks in place, all by himself! He did a great job, and is a real asset to your company.

The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and pleasant. Informed me of possible existing conditions in the apartment that I wasn’t aware of. He explained the heating system to me clearly. He was prompt and courteous.
