I am an automatic delivery customer, but hadn't gotten a delivery since Spring. The gauge on the tank read below 20, so I called Griffith. The person I talked to, I believe her name is Cynthia, was very reassuring and pleasant. I had to wait a long time for my chance to speak to a representative and Cynthia (?) made the wait worthwhile!
I did request notification before delivery so I could shovel a path to the tank, but I did not receive notification. I apologized to the driver for not having a path shoveled. He was pleasant, appreciated my concern, and completed the job efficiently and without complaint.
