how easy it was to contact and get help for my problem
We are pleased with the service regarding our propane usage. After speaking with an associate at the Dansville office, it was determined we did not need a tank as large as we had. On May 1, a smaller tank was delivered and installed. The installer kept us informed regarding what he had to do, and he answered all of our questions.

My delivery person (same person for many years) is great and the folks on the phones have been helpful whenever I have been in need. I try to keep an eye to my propane levels, and the company has also done a good job estimating when I need a fill.

Mindless. Propane delivered regularly. We have heat and hot water and the stove/oven always works. Life is peaceful because we never have to worry (or even think) about these things. Thank you!
