i had said before that we had a problem with our propane line to stove after we had a propane heater installed i had some work to do putting in range hood and there was no valve on stove to shut off so i could move it to do the work i called supier propane and explained the problem and with in 15 min a person was at the door to correct the problem [ as i did not know how ti shut off propane tanks off] this was very fast service and it was very unexpected that you were there so fast and did the job and gone in about 15 min this is the way all companys should treat coustmers i would tell all to use youre company

I am a former Phelps propane customer and I was very pleased with their service. I am still getting used to the Superior Plus acquisition. I am continuing to contact Phelps for anything and I am still pleased with their service. Right now, I think dealing with Superior directly is more cumbersome and "colder." The customer service does not feel as friendly. Again still getting used to it.

I haven't really used any yet. But just based on my conversation with Erika Kosubeck, I would recommend your company. What a great representative for you. We had the best conversation and I felt like we had known each other for years. She did everything I needed done, answered all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable. I am just getting started with your company but if all else is as great as she is, I am sure I will be very happy.
