The service rep came to our house to initiate service. He was extremely helpful, and showed me how to put out, and relight the pilot on the fireplace in our new house. He also provided other helpful info while also navigating seamlessly with our barking dog.

Always responsive to my service needs and questions -- they often go above and beyond. Gas is delivered as scheduled and I have never run out. The office and the call is local -- prompt response times. Staff courteous and friendly. And knowledgeable. Nothing to complain about at all.

The installer was very helpful and explained everything to me. He also went out of his way to get my tank put in and have it ready for fill the next day.

Everyone I’ve spoken to in the offices are very nice and knowledgeable also.
