We like how you come monthly to fill the tank so we don't have to watch the tank and worry about it getting low. We like the monthly plan. We know how much we have to pay each month. We receive the bill in a timely manner. We like the web page so we can see our account. Griffith has been very reliable to us and we have been loyal customers for many years.
What we don't like is the $10.00 service fee each time you come to fill our tank on top of the $95.00 you charge each renewal. The loyal customers should have at least one waived.

I am served by the Griffith Energy staff out of Wayland. Their service in the past year, like all the previous years of our association, was great! They respond to service request calls quickly, even during off hours. Their accounts personnel and service manager are always friendly and helpful, and they often go above and beyond what I expect. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues before and will do so again, I'm sure.

Customer service & drivers have been so wonderful helping us get propane deliveries despite our rural location and long, steep (& often icy) driveway through some trying winter weather conditions. In the varying conditions of Feb/March there are often small and very specific windows (sometimes only a few days!) where our driveway is navigable to get deliveries up. We heat with wood and propane, and are so grateful to see our friends at Superior Plus!
The automatic delivery
I like the fact that I can call the Dansville office, and a real person will answer the phone without my having to go through an endless menu to speak to someone. And I like the annual prebuy arrangement, so I have enough supply for the winter months at a fixed price.
