I like that there is a local office where the staff recognize us as long time customers and go out of their way to answer questions and be helpful.

I decided to let go of your security blanket because some of the repair technicians were very good and some were not so good. In one instance we ended up paying for an unnecessary part. Your service was inconsistent in this department.

but the office staff is great!

I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF PROPANE. THE TANK USUALLY GETS TO 60% AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY COME AND FILL IT. YOU CAN PAY ONLINE SO NO INCONVENIENCE THERE EITHER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I love that you Monitor what the tanks are and do automatic deliveries when it gets low. You never have to wait for propane. I’m previous company I would call and sometimes wait a week and a half for propane.
