Better service than before, this season we received TWO deliveries!!! Still wish it was a bit more frequent and then less $$$. But other than that, you never let us run out.

Generally satisfied. Regular delivery has been nice. The credit card billing is convenient. There has been willingness to try to make the delivery, even on the day that the snow had not yet been cleared.

I know Superior Plus as Griffith Energy. And it's their service that gets this rating from me. The staff in Wayland and Dansville have been GREAT! Always. They listen to what I'm saying, they respond immediately to any issues I have, and they come when they say they're going to come.
If I have questions/concerns about budget pricing, I get access to the person who makes the actual decisions -- and they've always accommodated me.
No complaints here -- and yes, I've already recommended Griffith Energy to others.
