Made several phone calls to look for gear to start gravel biking. I was indecisive, but with Mike and Ricky helping me, all was good. Left the shop with everything I needed. Just a side note, but important nonetheless, they were very patient and did not give any attitude towards myself as a new rider. This is very important, as being new to cycling is very intimidating, and there are a lot of pretentious riders and shop staff.

They made it clear as to why business was being conducted in this manner, and was very welcoming.
I will come back once the COVID-19 Lockdown is over, to check out the store, as during my visit customers were not allowed to enter (social distancing).

First time I bought a bike from a proper store, usually bought from bulk store or garage sales and it is a huge difference. The service here is TOP quality! Their quick replies to my 'many' questions via email and very friendly service ensure a repeat customer from me. Great help over the phone sizing a bike for my child! The bike purchased from Evolution Cycles is perfect, was assembled and picked up the next day so we could ride on the weekend.
