The service was excellent. Very prompt even considering current covid-19 circumstances. Email queries were quickly responded and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
My daughter has been riding a Marlin 5 for a few years. I decided to get one for her boyfriend for his birthday to ride together. With COVID-19 I looked online for the shop nearest to me. Ordered paid and curb side pick it was perfect.

Made several phone calls to look for gear to start gravel biking. I was indecisive, but with Mike and Ricky helping me, all was good. Left the shop with everything I needed. Just a side note, but important nonetheless, they were very patient and did not give any attitude towards myself as a new rider. This is very important, as being new to cycling is very intimidating, and there are a lot of pretentious riders and shop staff.

We set up everything over the phone, and I parked in the back to meet with their staff.
They made it clear as to why business was being conducted in this manner, and was very welcoming.
I will come back once the COVID-19 Lockdown is over, to check out the store, as during my visit customers were not allowed to enter (social distancing).
