Mike was amazing, he replied to my initial email inquiring about my sons bike and since we were in Ottawa, he was able put the bike on hold for my son and the transaction was quick and easy.
I want to thank you again for great customer service and taking care of us.

I don't yet have my product but the customer service so far has been outstanding! Mike has been in regular communication with me since I placed my order keeping me advised of my order progress and answering any questions I have had. Will get my new bike this week and I can't wait!!!
