The people at Evolution Cycles are always so kind and helpful. I pre-ordered a bike in February 2021 with an estimated delivery date of June 22nd 2021. My bike was delayed due to the shipment, so I asked a couple more times when the bike would arrive. The staff at Evolution Cycles always would answer me by thanking me for inquiring or thanking me for my patience, and with new information. The manager, I think his name is Justin (not sure if he is the manager, but blonde guy who seems to always be there) was also very helpful when picking out which bike to pre-order. He helped me to decide based on my needs and my particular interest (i.e I wanted a low step bike specifically).
I picked my bike up on July 5th around 4:00pm. The staff member, I think his name is Marc (curly hair, blue eyes, hat) provided excellent customer service. He made me feel comfortable when adjusting the bike to my height in store, holding the bike balanced. He also explained to me the difference between my old and my new bike, and what kinds of adjustments and maintenance I would experience. Overall, he was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the time he took with me and my new bike, especially considering I am more of a casual rider than an experienced one. I was also able to have add-ons installed onto my bike right away (kickstand, bell, and water holder) in about 10 minutes which was fantastic!
I would definitely buy any little thing I need for my bike at this store, just to support this business rather than amazon, etc!
