Great communication via email, being able to phone the store and getting through to a person without the call being shunted to some elaborate “self serve” process, like when you call up your bank. We were disappointed to learn that the price we were quoted at the store is not the same price we paid. When we called about that we were told computer price is the correct price. The tag should have been the correct price. Actually, they should have been the same.
