The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My bicycle was given the gold tune-up
And I was properly fitted for a helmet thanks to Matthews genuine patience and know-how. I was also shown how to use the suggested padlock for my bike and was able to try it out by myself to ensure that I could do it on my own. Matthew also installed my lights.....no question was left unanswered.
