The man at the front desk that helped me sign up for a membership was very helpful and professional. I truly enjoyed chatting with him about the different things included in the membership. He was knowledgeable and answered are my questions.

24 hour access has been such a change for good. There aren't many facilities on this side of Isle of Wight County and the Y makes a huge difference.

A very complete workout room with all the different devices the people there are extremely friendly plus you have the pool and the gym large gymnasium I recommend it to all my friends that want to work out.
