I enjoy the aqua classes and interacting with others.

I only have 1 thing re: Silver Sneakers chair exercise and that is unless you get there at least 30 minutes before class you are unable to get a card number to join in the class I find this very frustrating

I like the fitness classes and other activity options. Enjoy water aerobics, Silver Sneakers, YES, hot tub, pickleball, and variety of exercise equipment.

My Women on Weights class, with trainer Ana (and sometimes Liz) is great! The facility is clean and the equipment works well.

Every time I have been to this facility I have been greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is very welcoming and it is very clean.

I do only water aerobics twice a week. I like the variety of experiences at both classes. Each class is a different assortment of exercises. I also enjoy meeting new people and seeing old friends. Thanks for the opportunity.
Very convenient and quaint location. They have all the amenities of the bigger YMCA locations without The feel of being cramped. And the staff is almost always polite, pleasant, and enjoyable to interact with. Especially Mary Catherine who has helped me on a few occasions with membership issues.
