Members and staff are great. The weight machines and related equipment are aging and need replacing/modernizing.
We enjoyed Kenzie so much as our baby class instructor that we scheduled private lessons with her! She’s knowledgeable and great with kids! She’s also been very flexible to work with our schedule.
The ease of drop off and pick up. The field trips and the learning. Yes it’s summer camp but they still do academics stuff with them.
We are enjoying the swim team and the coaching staff. We have actually recommended the Y to a few people who have either joined or inquired about joining in the past few months.

This is one of the best things my daughter does all summer. A whole week with no electronics, outdoor fun and good friends. She comes back so energized and full of wonderful memories.
My kids had a lot of fun; and my daughter, who complains about every camp I put her in, wants to return next year (as long as a friend can come with her)! The price was good compared to other camps. I LOVED how they put photos up for every day of the camp! My kids loved the water sports!

I've always enjoyed this YMCA. Great facility and pool is always sparkling. I did get a chlorine rash last week so unsure if it was my reaction or overchlorinated water. But nonetheless I love going to this Y when I'm in Williamsburg. Always friendly staff and the sauna is excellent. I love how dark and calm the exercise area is.
We love YMCA swim team. I tell people regularly how much fun and how relaxed it is. Coach Shawn does a wonderful job getting it all together. I know first hand from summer swim what s as big job it is. He is always calm and friendly. My swimmers love coach Wyatt and Coach Matthew. They are doing an awesome job this summer. Thank you for everything guys!!!
Amazing
I only have positive things to say about this YMCA! We had BAD experience last summer at two different YMCAs. So my daughter was anxious first day of drop off. Mary took time to contact me two hours after drop off and let me know she was doing fine. Great with communication (big thing for me), well organized, attentive, and very active with the children. They have weekly field trips, too! Which is awesome! My daughter loves this YMCA and they even have a bead system for rewarding positive behavior- which is great! Just all around amazing experience.
Good overall layout. The gym has just enough equipment to meet my needs. A deadlift area/platform would be really really nice!

There are a great mix of activities and field trips and pool time. This is important for our kids. The staff is friendly and set great parameters for the kids.
My daughter loves going to camp. I love it because it gives her exercise, keeps her off the electronics, let's her make new friends and she has had amazing field trips. The counselors are very friendly and seem to love what they do.
