Melissa and Daniella are fantastic yoga instructors. I enjoy their classes and have had a lot of teachers through the years but they are two of the best.
Facilities are great but ready for the construction to be done.

It is convenient. The cost is reasonable. It has a good, positive atmosphere. It has many items that one can use to improve and/or maintain one's health, e.g. variety of equipment such as treadmills, weights, gymanasium, pool, and yoga classes.

The staff are so nice
Staff I have encountered are very pleasant and seem to be well-trained in their respective roles.
I went to the pool at the Y, for the first time, and found it wonderful! I usually swim 1600meters, and thought the water temp was perfect and the lifeguards were friendly and accommodating.
Next up...the weight room!
I'm only using the pool but so far so good. It's clean.
Ease of parking , spacious workout spaces and excellent staff
Large exercise room for Silver Sneakers with LOTS of fans to keep us cool! Way better than the Victory site. Their room is too small for the amount of people who come for the class. I had to stop going there because it got too hot for me.
They need to fix that!

I get to know people in this community and make new friends nearly every day.
Equipment is fantastic, locker room, Sauna, showers always clean, the facility is close by, plenty of parking space, just a very nice gym

The Y is always clean and has pretty good amenities . The staff are friendly just overall a great experience for our community .

Two wishes?
That instructors in the swimming pool area wouldn't blast their music as it makes swimming unenjoyable for others. I left the pool the last time an instructor blasted their music through the speakers.
Similarly, when weight lifters who are doing dead lifting in the weight area and slamming their barbells on the ground, it isn't inclusive or safe for others to be around (and I leave the gym when that happens).
If there could be some respectful reminders so that people are mindful of others using these spaces that'd be great. Thanks!
Just joining, every one at the Y has been helpful, friendly, and so caring!!
My wife and I joined to get and remain healthy in our senior years. She has been trying different exercise classes while I have enjoyed the indoor track and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Hope to continue to meet new people and learn new things.
