The one going up to the upper level is great! The lower one is on a stair that is too narrow, so we are having that one removed. Not anyone's fault - just won't work
Quick response to a call and instillation 1 week
The salesman answered my questions, discussed used equipment, and asked me when I would like him to check in. this was far better than a competitor, who called constantly after the visit.
Justin was the perfect technician. He was quiet and task-oriented; also, he finished the job when he said he would. So far, the Stannah is working great. I've got my fingers crossed that the equipment remains as worry-free in the months and years to come!
