Starting with your low key, no pressure, consultative sales approach, and continuing through a smooth installation process, we got off to a great start. Through the years, our stairlift has been reliable and works very well. The one time we had a problem (our fault) was on a Sunday morning , and even though we were not on a service plan at the time (we are now!), you still promptly responded, and fixed the problem within an hour of our call. Your company fosters a reputation of really caring about the customer, and you back it up with superior performance and responsiveness. It’s all true, and we feel lucky to have found you!

Chair-lift configuration exceptionally accurate, and installation right on-the-money! Entire assembly package a state-of-the-art work: in strength, attractiveness, and smoothness of operation. As to service, your two (2) technicians--from time of unloading the entire unit, with its components, until their departure--performed the entire task in 90 minutes. As to their performance: quiet, efficient with one working from the bottom of the stairs, while the other was engaged at the top. Clean-up at close of the installation was extremely good. Courtesy throughout the 90 minute visit was impeccable!

I liked the very instructive and understandable evaluation of our home situation, where the chairlift would fit, and what type we needed, as well as a very clear explanation of the costs and installation process. After we made our order, the installer came on time, did a quick and quiet installation, including running the power cord through a closet, and then demonstrated the chairlift use and safety features.
