Quality products, knowledgeable, friendly and personalized service you just won’t get at a big box chain retailer. They did a fantastic job helping me restore a 35 year old BMX bike that has huge sentimental value. I was very happy with their service and it felt good supporting local business, especially during these challenging times
The shop has an extensive variety of gear and tools. You'll find anything you need. But what really differentiates them from other shops in the area is the work they do to bring the bike community together through group rides and even skills clinics for newbies and young riders. They do all of this at no cost to the riders, no annual fee or donation. If you are new to riding or to the area and are looking to meet fellow riders and to improve your game on the saddle, be it mountain or road, you'll find what you're looking for at Pocono Bike Company.
Dan was great to work with kind and courteous and got my bike done two days Earlier than expected only bike shop I will go to!

Personal attention. Local emphasis. Fair prices. Quick service. I've only had occasion to meet Dan, he listens to my description of bike's issues and gives me a quick estimate of repair costs. Good merchant, I recommend without reservation.

The staff is alway friendly and attentive. Their knowledge of bikes and biking is extensive. The repair folk are professional and knowledgeable and repairs are quickly carried out.

I like the service and the advise available at the store. And, the group rides help build a cycling community which is important. I would like to be more able to communicate with the store through the web site or email.
The PBC staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices on services are reasonable. I really like going in there, if just to look at the new bikes!
