I love Pocono Bike Shop! Everyone who works there is both courteous and friiendly. They answer questions freely and repair things in a timely and cost conscious manner. I never hesitate just to stop by and ask about anything on my mind. Not to mention that I love the two resident dogs.
Fantastic experience! George had us from hello. He treat us like family. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a bicycle that truly fits my needs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated his guidance and expertise. Then we met Danny on the day I went to test ride my 3 choices and he let me take my time trying each bicycle to be sure that I was truly happy with my choice.. He answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision on a bike that fit my needs. The guys at Pocono Bike Shop helped me to find thr right bike and helmet. They take their time, explaining and educating before you leave the store. They even suggest local riding trails. As an added bonus, I was greet3d by a lovely Aussie and a Cattle Dog. Dogs and bikes, what could be better!
