Giant makes a great bike to begin with, and being a rider with some on and off road experience I knew exactly what I wanted. I went into the store, met Chris, told him what I was looking for and in no time at all he was able to find exactly what I was looking for.
Then I wasn’t thinking and walked out of the store without actually making sure the seat post was the correct height (I was more concerned with the frame). So after a quick ride I went right back in and someone immediately helped me get the seat adjusted.

For a local, in town bike shop the selection is excellent. The knowledge of the employees is top tier. You can't get this kind of service from a department store or on line.
Professional and knowledgeable, the guys at Pocono Bike Shop always deliver a quality product at a great price. They are heavily involved in the local cycling community so you can learn a ton of good information just by stopping in. They stand behind their product and their service is always spot on. Not to mention the adorable shop dogs who are always waiting to greet you at the door!
