Showed my wife and I a bike we were interested in and explained benifits and showed us on the website other options. Was not pushy on making a sale or up charging to something we weren't looking for.
We came back a week later to order our new bikes , one had to be built which was completed the following morning. Super polite employees, answered all our questions and concerns.
