I love Pocono Bike Shop! Everyone who works there is both courteous and friiendly. They answer questions freely and repair things in a timely and cost conscious manner. I never hesitate just to stop by and ask about anything on my mind. Not to mention that I love the two resident dogs.
Fantastic experience! George had us from hello. He treat us like family. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a bicycle that truly fits my needs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated his guidance and expertise. Then we met Danny on the day I went to test ride my 3 choices and he let me take my time trying each bicycle to be sure that I was truly happy with my choice.. He answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision on a bike that fit my needs. Excellent customer service and let’s not forget the royal welcome from old blue eyes and his beautiful side kick showing us her toys

they have a wide variety of items and accessories available,there always up to date on the latest items and if you go there with an item you have thats broken or not working anymore they will help you with different options that will work ,soyou can then decide and make your own decision for what you think will be the best possible results for your needs at that time.
