We bought my daughter's bike at West Point and are supremely happy with the service. The service and the convenience of being close to our home were the deciding factor to take a closer look when it came to buying my own bike. So far my new bike is a joy to ride (I am not a hardcore road racer ..)

The owners are always on sight ensuring that the customers are well taken care of. They have a great selection of bikes for all ages and all abilities. One stop shopping for all your riding needs. I like the fact you can roll your bike in for minor repairs and they will do everything possible to fix it right then and there. If not, they have quick turnaround time on their bike repairs.

The staff were efficient, but still incredibly warm, amidst the chaos of COVID bike repairs! When I came back to collect my bike, the person who helped me (regrettably I didn't notice their name) remembered which bike I had left two weeks previously, and was quick to order in some additional gear I was looking to purchase.
I had neglected some much-needed replacements and repairs on my bike through my financially tight student years, but the staff here did a wonderful job making it good as new again, and it's riding smoothly and carrying my faithfully around this beautiful city.
