This was the best service on our bikes. Bob, the Manager is very welcoming and the
service we received before and after the service from Foster was EXCELLENT. He
showed and explained everything that needed to be done before the service and
confirmed what was done after the service. I rode my bike home and the servicing
that James provided was excellent.
We recommend West Point Grey Cycles at every opportunity.
As long time customers, we were very disappointed that we could not get in on the
promotion to have our bikes serviced. This is the second year this has happened
to us. On a $ 580 bill this would have been a nice saving.
I think you should reconsider how this promotion is offered.

Booking appointments.
Knowing an experienced Brompton bike technician is servicing our bikes. Tried someone not familiar with Bromptons just to change a rear flat and ended up coming to you to fine tune the job. Never again.
Tune up feels like our bikes are new again!
Friendly knowledgeable people working in the shop.
Appreciate being informed if something found on the bike that needs fixing/replacing.
Keep up the good work!
