Excellent, knowledgeable sales and service.

I really appreciate the fact that West Point cycles are willing to order an particular item that they do not carry. As long as they carry the Product line . I also appreciate the fact that West Point cycle will do a price match, as long as the customer can provide proof ( paper ad, or website).

Great service. Dropped in to get help with a flat. Got good and prompt service. Also had a bike cleaned up and put in working order again. Great job.

We are very impressed with the prompt, professional and friendly service recently received at your Kerrisdale location. Without an appointment I brought my Trek Verve in for some brake servicing and the staff dealt with it on the spot. As I had come in from Richmond I appreciated not having to leave my bike for pick-up at a later date.

Tim was fantastic at answering my questions and setting me up with the right gear. He explained the value of every item in depth and helped me find the best thing for my needs at my price point. I came in for a small adjustment (my bungee cord snapped and tangled in my brakes) and left plenty satisfied with much sturdier storage options.

Services offered by Tim was exceptional. He was not only very knowledgeable and effective but also very patient with me as a new bike rider. He managed to get me a good helmet that I really like at the end...
