Great service all around! Customer service was prompt whenever I entered the store. They did a very good job at explaining everything I needed to know. I ended up dropping my bike off and got my bike the next day, 1 day sooner than they promised which was great.

I was very impressed that you were able to do a quick tune up on my 1-month-old bike immediately, with a 24-hour turnaround. The mechanic fixed all the problems I had noticed, including straightening a disc rotor, and one problem I wasn't aware of. The bike is running better than when I first got it!

Very service oriented and great communication about when special order products arriving. Show great integrity when something doesn't seem quite right, you fix the issue.

Great expert advice from the well-informed sales crew. Discovered some new product lines, which was nice (although stock on a couple of items was too low to meet my needs).

Just bought aTrek Domaine SL 7 - expensive bike ... for me. Staff in both stores Main street, Sara; and Jessica and Matt Walsh at the w10th store were all great! Everyone is very knowledgable, and honest!
I started by kicking tires and test riding and wanted to ride a few other brands. Only ended up test riding one other brand as I was so convinced by the knowledge and advice I got, especially from Matt, that I just decided not bother with more test riding other brands, and bought the Trek. Love the bike! I've always got solid service at Westpoint. Over last 10 years my bike purchases x 2, and all clothing and equipment have been at Westpoint. Thank you!!
