Your staff are always helpful and friendly. I trust their advice. I am not a 'hardcore' cyclist, a friend gave me their old bike that is heavy and has some rust. I took it to West Point and they did a tune up, sized it up for me and gave me some advice on how to maintain it and ride using gears. The staff were helpful and I did not feel intimidated. Since then I have bought a second hand Kona bike second and have started to ride a lot more. West Point is my go to for any servicing and advice. The staff make me feel likey, 'yes I can do this' and eventhough I'm on a budget, 'I am always welcome in the shop'.

While in their neighbourhood I went into one of Vancouver's biggest bike sellers to buy an accessory only to be told that the labour charge for instalment would be as much as the cost for the accessory. Needless to say I rode on. Back in my neighbourhood I stopped into West Point Cycles and I asked about the same accessory. Without me saying anything more, instalment was offered on the spot and at no charge. I'm won over to WPC.
