Your staff at the W 10th location were extremely attentive and welcoming as soon as I entered the store. They took the time to fully inform me on what I may or may not need regarding options to maintenance and restoration of my 32 year old road bike.
Follow up during the restoration and repair process was prompt and courteous. Never at any time did I feel pressured to upgrading to any components that were not necessary.
