I was shown all levels of the product I was looking for, not just 'the best' / most expensive. Pros & cons were pointed out and then we discussed the best fit. No pressure shopping!

You guys know how much I love you - I don't even look for a bike anywhere else. The personalized service is bar none. Matt is a genius and deserves a raise. :-) You never roll your eyes when I come in with a question or concern about my bike (or if you do, you do it when I'm not looking, which is appreciated). :-)

I came shopping for a set of tires and was given all the information I needed to make a good decision. The salesman took down four possible tires for comparison and explained the pros and cons of each type, geared to what I had told him about my style of riding. He made a sale of two tires and one inner tube. Success on both sides.
