I like trusting my cleaning to a company that has various levels of oversight. If I have concerns there is a person I can address that to. Cleaners are in my home in teams, never alone. And if someone is injured or ill, the company can source a replacement so the work still gets done.

The supervisor (Kelly), and every one of the people that came to clean my home have all been very personable and good workers. Kelly has always been very flexible when I asked to change the date of my cleaning or add an extra one.
Mostly the same people who now know the house and are on time. They do a good job.
Regarding your products---I like the result and I certainly like the 'no scent' factor. I think the girls are well trained, doing all tasks in a similar way. We have antique furniture and I have mentioned to the gals that it is important to always dust with the grain of the wood--- instead of dusting in circles.

As usual the Merry Maids have been very prompt and courteouswhile doing a great job. They have also been very accommodating for me during my need to change timings.
The number one thing i love about your service is the professional way you deal with things ,say i'm not happy with the cleaning in some areas which is rare I'am always confident that this will automatically be taken into consideration and fixed immediately. The other thing I like about your company dealing with customers ,is flexibility for there needs and never leave them behind when they urgently need the service. Every one of the workers that has come into our home has been polite, friendly, efficient and hard-working. After they leave, the house is always fresh and clean.
