I am totally pleased with the Merry Maid company. Every worker they have sent to my home is pleasant and friendly - without having that stand in the way of their efficiency and thoroughness of their work in cleaning my home. I also appreciate that on the occasions when I have to change a date they will accommodate that - although I try my best not to interrupt the schedule. Having the Merry Maids assist me with the cleaning of my home frees up some time for me to do other things.

Follow up. When an issue arises, management are quick to resolve issues and conduct on site inspections.

The girls are very pleasant and do a wonderful job of cleaning our home. They certainly meet our high standards. The various products they use have no offensive odours and really get the job done no matter the task at hand.

Punctuality, communication, I'm not sure what products you actually use, but my house smelled AMAZING. Nice, clean and fresh without a chemical-like smell.
I really like that there's two team members cleaning, but just one.
The stickers and folded toilet paper and paper towels were a cute touch.

They were quite thorough as far as I could see in the first visit. The only mishap was I found one of my collector heads on the floor in my rec room . I will ask them not to dust them in the future .
