All products used in our home by Merry Maid staff do a wonderful job of general cleaning, shining up stainless steel, cleaning granite countertops , making white appliances sparkle. I find the service to be very complete and efficient!
Kelly was responsive and friendly. She explained matters very clearly and arranged for cleaning to take place the next day which was very helpful to me. A couple of small items were missed during the cleaning and she immediately responded to say that she would ensure they happened in future cleanings and thanked me for my feedback. I was impressed with the quality of the cleaning.
Although we have only had 1 cleaning so far, we have been happy with the organization, attention to details, and interest in the clients. Merry Maids seems to be customer centred and responsive to questions/concerns, very flexible and easy to deal with.
I would suggest you send this survey to customers after 3 or 4 cleaning sessions to get more comprehensive feedback.

I love how hassle-free it is. Merry Maids does a fantastic job and I love coming home to a clean house.
I like the fact that bathroom floors are washed by hand and that each room gets a detailed cleaning every couple of visits. Brittany is always so cheerful and polite and is always flexible about when she can clean my office - even if she is in the middle of something else! Great service, great people for a fair price! Perfect!

I do appreciate the fact that all the girls have the same methods. due to your training. As you know I had to have the East End Merry Maids Ottawa) clean my late sister's empty apartment, due to the rules of the company--- and these girls worked in the same way also. Good.

I will be unsubscribing from these survey requests. The number of survey requests that I receive has increased substantially and I never, ever hear anything back from the company asking for my opinion. Going forward, I'd be happy to provide feedback one on one, but will not be providing any other feedback.
