The products used didn't have a strong smell, so while my house felt, looked and smelled clean when I came home, there was no chemical smell in the air.

I really liked the card left by the team that was here letting me know what they had done. I haven't had other companies do that, and it was a nice touch. I also felt that the level of cleaning was much better than I've experienced with other companies.

I find the staff well trained---they all complete their work in the same way. They are friendly, involved and seem interested in doing a good job. Your products are scent free, and the microfiber cloths seem to be very efficient. However I have asked that the bathroom floors be washed in water--- I find your product causes the floors to be very sticky when walked on in bare feet.

Despite some changes in staff, your people continue to provide excellent service ni a very efficient and congenial way. If I point out a few things I want done that day, they do it willingly. Thank you and your staff for the good work.

I am happy with Merry Maids - especially Darlene - she is fabulous. Haven't thought much about the products, but they seem very good.

The teams are very good at what they do, they are extremely honest and go that extra mile to make their clients satisfied. The products make everything sparkle beautifully.

There is good organization - and flexibility. The workers always show up on time. If I need to change a date I can do so easily. The house is always fresh and clean when the workers are finished. They are friendly yet also professional.

I like the fact that your girls will do extra things like cleaning kitchen cupboards (previously arranged.)
