The workers that come here to clean act in a professional manner, and the house looks and feels clean and fresh afterwards. They always come at the right time and work efficiently. The scheduling is good, and the few times I have had to change dates that was done for me. Also, the calendar, mugs, and soap sheets that were given me are a nice touch!
I don't have to supply any equipment or cleaning products.
I look forward to the Merry Maids visit every two weeks. It has removed such a huge responsibility from my already over-scheduled life! The reasonable cost of the service is easily balanced by the sense of relief I feel when I walk into my beautifully cleaned home, and realize this is just one less thing I have to think about. It is a real treat, but when I factor in how much my own time is worth, and what the personal cost of a clean home is to me and my family, it is well worth it.

The bathroom products make everything very shiny and bright. I wish I could buy and use the same products for when I clean! The girls who come to my house are always cheerful and very personable and go out of their way to work quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. Something I feel is very good about your service is that you use your own equipment. I think this is a very positive aspect of your business.

I have not only never been disappointed, I am often amazed at the speed and thoroughness at which the cleaning is done! I am getting my home ready for the market and it was full of drywall dust and renovation debris but the women again exceeded all expectations. Seeing everything so clean was a huge burden lifted.

Staff is always courteous and helpful, and can be depended on to get the job done every time. Also, the staff is trustworthy (by this I mean that unlike some other cleaning companies, we have had no instances of things disappearing or unreported damage or breakage.)
The cleaners come in, do a thorough job and are quite unobtrusive (they cleaned while we were working).
