I like that someone calls before each cleaning to set up the arrival time. This gives me an opportunity to make any special requests and ask and questions needed. I do find though that I often don't have time to have these conversations because I'm at work when I receive the calls.
I don't know anything about the products being used in my home. I do appreciate though that they do not leave a heavy chemical scent.
