I like your service a lot. However I have noticed that a few things are not being done. EG>
Baseboards cleaned. Basement not fully vacuumed-it is not used a lot but still needs the vacuum for the dust.

I love when Terry comes to my home. He’s always super polite and even my 18 month old loves him and lights up when he comes. They’re always super friendly and don’t seem bothered when sometimes I feel we’re in the way.
I’m not sure what the products used are but I LOVE the smell of my home after it’s cleaned. It’s not chemically or overwhelming but a nice clean smell. They do magic on my hardwood floors.
The staff is polite and friendly. Generally they do a very good job. At times corners of the floors are missed.
Items in the house are left tidy and in place.
