The decision to hire Merry Maids to clean our home more than 2 years ago was a miracle come true.

Service was very convenient - Friday cleaning day great for weekend entertaining, not need to be home have keys to home in secure location, note left when have concern re hardwood floor and moving furniture.
Products used appear to be scent free, left floor, cupboards, appliances, shining. No overuse of cleaner as to make floors sticky,
Home was great to walk into.

The Merry Maid folks were friendly & efficient. Recovering from a knee injury, my house was in need of a good thorough cleaning. Their equipment and products made my house shine from top to bottom. Everything they use is professional grade so two people can accomplish in two hours what would normally take me about a day and a half to achieve. They even cleaned places that I normally forget to do! The service was not disruptive in any way and their cheerful demeanor made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be using them again. Two thumbs way up for a job well done.

I'm not sure what cleaning products are used, but I love the smell of my home after it's been cleaned. I was very happy with my most recent cleaning, the two cleaners who came were super pleasant, efficient and conscious and considerate of both my 4 month old and a new kitten were currently housing. They went above my expectations, and really gave my home what it needed.
Team were very efficient and worked the whole three hours.
The staff was professional, efficient, hard working and took pride in their work. A very genuine team of professionals.
The Merry Maids company seems to understand that the work is people oriented. They always send people that are friendly as well as efficient and hard working, so I never feel bad about having these people in my home. They always answer my questions if I ask any but they don't bother me if they don't have to do so.
They always send at least one experienced worker, along with either another experienced person or sometimes people in training; but they are all good. I had been missing Brittany when she stopped working for the company, but now I find Amanda is an excellent replacement. So I hope that they keep sending her! But the new people in training were also great. Sylvie seemed to be even looking for more ways to help, and she also understood the ways I was trying to organize things in my home.
I like the fact that the products used are more naturally or less chemically based,the cleaning packages are customizable and affordable.
