Terry was very friendly, gave us good instructions about the e bikes and how to use them. Location was very easy to find and easily accessible to the state park bike trails. I like that terry took our pictures with the bikes and he also gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation.

Great bikes, great service just wish you stayed open a bit later- just till at least 6. Best part of the day to ride the trails is late afternoon but with a 4:30 return - it makes it hard to get in a good ride not in the heat of the day. But grateful y'all are so close to the trails and always have excellnt condition bikes to rent.

My husband and I rented bikes - the person helping us with had great customer services and made sure we were ready to go - went over the map with us. Bikes were in good condition.
Beach bike rentals were super kind to my husband myself and son. We rented two bikes and a burley. We biked 9 miles and enjoyed it so much!
LOVED the electric bikes!! The guys were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Good location for driving to the store then hopping onto the State Park trail. We’ll definitely rent here again 😊

Great service and knowledge of area and trails. Extra touches: wanted to know where we wanted to go and gave great tips; took photos/selfies for us; and the bikes were superiorly maintained. Don’t even think about free bikes at Gulf State Park. Invest the little you need to ensure a worry-free and quality ride.
