For about the last 8 or so vacations we’ve rented bikes. We absolutely love them. We’ve always had fantastic service.
This year the person who checked us out seemed a little defensive & talked a lot about other clients & the issues involved in renting bikes to others. I thought it was very unnecessary & not professional. He seemed to be a nice guy, but I thought if he’s talking about others that are renting bikes from him…. What is he saying about me when I walk out the door. I think he just needs to remember to keep the conversation light hearted & positive.
On a different note I had a small issue with my bike on Monday. I ran it by the store & the two girls that were there were extremely helpful, positive & got my bike changed out within a matter or minutes.
