Friendly and very helpful getting us started. If you need/want tryks call to reserve early. There were only 2 left when we got there and really wanted 4.

Helpful friendly person that helped is with bike rental.
The attendant at the desk was so helpful with explaining the bike options, the trail map and was encouraging to some women whom had not biked in years. We did it 20/28miles of trails! So fun, picking out your bike, getting a colored basket. The trails were beautiful as well it was perfect 10/10.

The lady at the front was very nice. She provided me the tools to fix a tire issue on a personal bike while we rented two bikes from her.
We rented bikes from Beach Bike Rentals and the process was smooth and easy. Rachel was very helpful and made sure bikes were adjusted correctly and that we had all we needed.
