We’d had a couple issues with the first bikes delivered. Then a flat tire on one of the replacements. But having run a business myself, it’s how you handle the inevitable challenges of running your business. Beach Bike rentals response was courteous and prompt, no questions asked. We will definitely rent again next year!

We had an absolute blast renting ebikes. It was the highlight of our trip! The person at the shop was very nice and the bikes were so much fun. We spent about 5 hours biking around the Gulf State Park and still didn't get to see all of it because it is so huge. Ebikes are definitely the best way to see the park.
