What do you like about our products and services?

Loved the bikes n trails. The guy helping us was not very engeretic. He did not ask us what bike we wanted. He just choose a bike for us. I had to ask about the different bikes. He did get better as we got going. He did a great job explaining the map of the state park. When returned he was very pleasant, I think he had finally woke up. Everyone enjoyed the bikes and the ride.

The customer service, quality of bikes, and great location! It was a last minute decision to rent bikes and we are glad we did 😊

Nice new bikes, friendly owner and staff, convenient location beside bike trail and right across the street from the condo where we were staying.

We had a great experience with Beach Bike Rentals in Orange Beach. Great bikes + great staff (we worked with Garland who was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed.

What do you like about our products and services?

The staff was breaking on a new POS system. They were very efficient and friendly. They go out of their way to explain the bikes, trails and local restaurants
