I arrived with my family of ten and we were taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The staff was very patient with all of our needs and requests. They had us on our bikes quickly. The bikes were comfortable and seemed almost brand new. We all enjoyed our bike ride and the service provided.

Fast set up and go. Good directions and suggestions on course. Take my picture. Friendly and courteous. Convenient. Bikes worked better than I expected from a performance and comfort perspective for this short 17 mile ride.

I rented a bike and a burly (?) Trailer for my little ones and it was all perfect! Great condition and the lady who helped me get everything I needed was so nice and helpful!
